Capability

Send a notification email through Blueshift when a customer’s credit card is about to expire and an upcoming payment is due.


Description

When a customer's credit card is about to expire and are set to auto-renew in an AMB item after the expire date, the card and order information are sent to Decisions. The Decisions workflow captures the update and generates an event to inform Blueshift about this. This event then triggers a campaign in Blueshift.

Description of the AMB service

billing_currency

Currency type associated with the transaction

customer_lastname

The last name of the customer

customer_firstname

The first name of the customer

owning_org

Code for the legal entity associated with the subscription

service_period

Code that defines the service period

email

Email address of bill-to customer

card_expiration

The expiration date of the credit card on file
