A maintenance fee is an annual fee owed by subscribers with lifetime subscriptions.  The subscribers who are not on auto renewal and do not pay associated maintenance fees receive these efforts. Advantage will send a file to Decisions which then sends an event to Blueshift. This event then triggers a campaign in Blueshift to send a notice to the customer informing them that their maintenance fee is due or they have failed to pay it.
