Order Number Missing for Up Sells
Sometimes affiliates will have questions/issues about orders not having a PO Number (order #). The PO Number is a number specific to an order that will display on confirmation page.
If this number is missing, it typically means that there was an Up Sell offered on the order. Whether the Up Sell was taken or not, there will always be a 30 minute delay after the Up Sell is offered to provide time for the customer to choose whether to take it or not. There will be no PO Number on the confirmation page for the initial offer because the PO Number isn't created until the final order.
