Summary / TL:DR: Use these instructions to login as another user in OPIUM.

You may need to login as the user experiencing the issue if you are unable to replicate on your own account.

How to Log In as Another User

  1. Click Admin in the upper right corner of the screen.

  2. Click Group User in Grid by Affiliate

  3. Select the appropriate Affiliate from the list of Affiliate Folders

  4. Locate the user you need to login as and click Following button on the right of the screen parallel to the user.

The user's account will open in a new tab.
