Summary / TL:DR: Follow the steps below if you receive a ticket from an affiliate stating the confirmation email is not being delivered.  

GTOS:Gathering Information

Make sure the checkbox for Skip Confirmation Email is unchecked on the Choices tab.

  1. Click on the Choices tab.

  2. Click Pencil parallel to the choice you would like to edit.

  3. On the Choice Details tab, make sure Skip confirmation Email is NOT selected.

  4. Preview the order form to make sure it is requiring/allowing an email address to be entered.

It can take 30 minutes for the confirmation email to send after an order is placed.
