Summary / TL:DR: This article will show you how to change the spilt percentage for a promo in IRIS.
On efforts in IRIS, clients have the ability to add a host department with a split percentage. They are defaulted to a 60/40 split, so sometimes clients will request the efforts to be updated to a 50/50 split. Follow the below steps to make the changes in IRIS.
How to change a promo code % split
Search the promo codes from the Effort search screen
Click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side to edit the effort
Scroll down until you find Host 1 Dept Code
Confirm the host department code(s) you found with the reporter before making the changes
Once verified, update the percentage to what was requested
Click Save and inform the reporter the effort(s) was updated
