When a marketer has requested a promo code on an effort they created, the effort becomes visible for other users (with the Paid Code Email permission) on the Queue page.  The following steps indicate how to create the promo code from the Queue page. s when one marketer partially creates an effort, but hasn't requested a promo code and isn't in the office to complete it when the effort is needed. This way, another user can complete the effort and assign it a promo code. Use these instructions to create a promo code on the queue screen. 

How to create a Promo Code on the Queue Screen

1. Navigate to the Queue screen by clicking the

2. Locate and select the effort(s) you would like to create a promo code on.
   
   

    Anyone can access all efforts on the Queue and complete effort setup when someone is not available.
