IRIS Editing a Multivariate Group

 

Editing a multivariate allows users to control the traffic split to each promotional page.  Follow the instructions below to edit a Multivariate Group.




How to Automatically Adjust Traffic Splits

  1. Navigate to the Effort Details page for the effort

  2. Hover over

  3. Click 

    You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.

  4. Select

    You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.

     next to MULTIVARIATE in the upper left corner of the popup

  5. In the active column, uncheck any of the links you do not wish to use

The Split % column will automatically update to equally split and distribute the percentage of web traffic to each link.



How to Manually Adjust Traffic Splits

  2. Hover over

  3. Click 

    You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.

  4. Select 

    You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.

     next to MULTIVARIATE in the upper left corner of the popup

  5. In the active column, uncheck any of the efforts you do not wish to use

  6. In the Split % column, change the percentages to reflect the amount of web traffic you would like to be sent to each effort
  7. Make sure the total equals 100.  IRIS will give you an error if your split percentages do not add up to 100%
