Blueshift Spam and Bounceback Postcard

Capability

Send a postcard to a customer through the Lob integration in Blueshift when the customers email address has been marked as Spam or Bounced.


Description

When a customers email address is marked as Spam or Bounced, the customers information is sent to Blueshift through Decisions. The Decisions workflow captures the customer information, sends it to Blueshift, then the information is sent to Lob. This event then triggers a campaign in Blueshift.

 

The events are sent to Blueshift daily at 9:30 AM EST from Decisions.

This is the profile key which is comprised of the affiliate id and email address which is MD5 hashed.

The first name of the customer

The middle name of the customer

State of customer that’s stored in Advantage

Postal code of customer that’s stored in Advantage

Friendly name of the item code

email_status

Either ‘Spam’ or ‘Bounce’

subscription_id

Unique identifier for the customer subscription (subscription reference in Advantage)

owning_org

Code for the legal entity associated with the subscription
