ADV FAQs Update Frequency of Shipments

Summary / TL:DR This article provides instructions when a customer would like to change how often a product on automatic delivery ships to them in Advantage.


How to Change the Frequency of an Automatic Delivery Shipment

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity 

  2. Select the product you want to update and then go to the Auto Delivery Maintenance tab

  3. Click Change Member Series Info

  4. In the Club Member Maintenance dialog box, locate the Shipment Frequency

  5. Select one of the following options...

  1. In the Shipment Frequency box, update the days to reflect days between shipments. For example, if the customer is receiving shipments every month but wants to receive them every 2 months, enter 60

  2. Click OK

  1. Click Set Calendar Based Frequency

  2. The Shipment Frequency dialog box will appear. Select either the day of the month or the day of the week and then of every X months. For example, if the customer want it shipped the first day of the month, select Day 1 of every 1 Month(s)

  3. Click OK twice

The frequency may display as 0, this means that the customer is defaulted to whatever the shipment frequency is on the Club, Class and Series.
