ADV FAQs Create Shipment Now
Use these instructions when a customer requests to have a shipment sent out immediately for their product on automatic shipment.

These instructions require you to have a control group open.
How to Create a Shipment Now
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Book Club under the Services section of the ribbon.
Select the product/product class you want to update
Click Create Next Order (This is also available via right click)Â
The Ship Now dialog box will appear, select when the next occurrence of the automatic delivery should ship.
Click OK
Click Close
If the customer has an outstanding proforma order, or unpaid order, instead of creating a new shipment, Advantage will prompt you to active the outstanding proforma order. In this case, you will want to select yes, otherwise if you create a shipment without fixing the unpaid order, the customer will not receive any further shipments.
