Update Quantity of a Shipment

Summary / TL:DR: This article provides instructions for changing the quantity for a product on automatic delivery in Advantage.


How to Change the Quantity of an Automatic Delivery

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Select the product you want to update and then go to the Auto Delivery Maintenance tab

  3. Click Change Member Series Info

  4. In the Club Member Maintenance dialog box, locate the Quantity Override and update the quantity

  5. Click OK


Wrap up

You should now be able to change the quantity for a product on automatic delivery in Advantage.
