ADV FAQs Mass Cancellations

Summary / TL:DR: This article provides instructions when performing multiple cancellations, or terminations, for a customer with multiple products on automatic delivery.

Cancellations can be performed individually from Customer Activity.  As a time saver, these cancellations can be performed together from the Automatic Delivery screen.


How to Mass Cancel Automatic Delivery

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, enter the customer info for the Mass Cancellation 

  2. Click Automatic Delivery on the ribbon

  3. Select the products to cancel

  4. Click Terminate Club Members

  5. The Terminate dialog box will appear. Complete the following field:

Reason Code

Select a reason Code.

6. Click OK

7. Click Done

While a reason is not required, it is used for reporting purposes to understand why customer want to stop their automatic delivery. It is requested that you fill one in with the cancellation.
