How to Change the Price of an Automatic Shipment
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
Select the product you want to update and then click the Auto Delivery Maintenance tab
Via the right click menu select Change Next Price
In the Club Member Maintenance dialog box, update the Unit Price Override
Click OK
The price reflects the per unit cost. For example, if the quantity is 3, the customer will be charged 3x the unit price.
Wrap up
You should now be able to change the unit price of a product on automatic delivery in Advantage.
