ADV FAQs Customer Service Note Activity - NAC

The NAC, or Customer Service Note Activity, is a module inside Advantage used for the management of mail, e-mail and various customer service tasks.  By scanning customer letters and using e-mail web forms, all mail and e-mail is auto-loaded into the NAC. When you enter NAC any e-mails or tasks assigned to your queue will automatically appear for you to work.
