ADV FAQs Save Cancellation

Summary / TL:DR: This article provides instructions for marking a product on automatic shipment as being saved from cancellation.


How to Mark a Cancel Save

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Select the product you want to update and then go to the Auto Delivery Maintenance tab

  3. From the Right Click Menu select Save Cancel

  4. The Reason Code dialog box will appear, select a Save Cancel Service Reason

  5. Click OK twice

Service Reasons vary by owning organization.
