Lifecycle Channel | Refers to the lifecycle marketing channel or means of promotion tied to the lifecycle promo code. It is determined by the first position of the promo code. Will reflect attributes of the promotion that began the subscription lifecycle. |
Lifecycle Creative Code | Indicates the specific promotional creative that was associated with the promo code. Will reflect attributes of the promotion that began the subscription lifecycle. |
Lifecycle Date - End | End of the subscription lifecycle. A lifecycle will end if there are no active terms tied to a subscription. There is no longer any grace period (original retention). |

Lifecycle Term Length Description | Term length description is derived by dividing the number of issues by the number of issues that pub fulfills in a year. so if there are 12 issues for a sub and that pub fulfills 12 in a year that = 1 so annual. but its not that rigid - it's a range for each category so we can account for when people have a term of 13. Will reflect attributes of the order that began the subscription lifecycle. |
Lifecycle Vendor | The list or source where the product was promoted associated with the lifecycle. This can be an internal or external email list, a web site, a radio station, a rented list of names for direct mail, etc. List can be defined in many disparate ways across applications. Will reflect attributes of the promotion that began the subscription lifecycle. |
Pub type | Refers to what the publication is generally designed to do. Frontend publications are lower priced (under $100 annually) and designed to be used on the frontend to bring in or acquire the subscriber. Backends are higher priced (over $1,000) and used to monetize customers. |
