Billing Status | The current billing status of the subscription. ex. Billed (the customer has been billed for their subscription), Complimentary (usually works with the Circulation Status of P), Credit Memo (cancellation has occurred on the account for the publication, crediting the account), paid up, reinstated (reinstated subscription) |
Channel | Refers to the marketing channel or means of promotion. It is determined by the first position of the promo code. |
City | City captured in the billing address |
Country Name | Country captured in the billing address |
Creative | Creative code that is associated with the promo code |
Credit Policy | Refers to a refund policy attached to a promotion code |
Credit Policy Code | Code that refers to a refund policy attached to a promotion code |
Currency Code | Currency code associated with purchase |
Customer Number | The code that uniquely identifies the customer account in Advantage. |

Item/ List | Item is a generic term for what was sold - list is a generic term for what was subscribed to. Defined in Advantage, it can be a free list, publication, service, one-off sale of a book, report, supplement, etc. |

Offer Code | An offer code groups together all of the components in an offer. The offer code is attached to a promo code |
Owning Org | The three character code that indicates the business that owns the publication |
Payment Type | Payment type customer used. EX. credit card, check, direct debit, misc, adjustment credit, write off |
Phone Number | Phone number provided by customer |
Price | Price customer paid for product |
Promo Code | The Promo Code ties together and represents all critical attributes of a marketing effort for analysis, including the offer, creative, list, ad costs, copywriter, etc. |
Promotion Campaign | A Campaign is a grouping of Promotion Codes. Typically, Campaign Code is used to group together all Promo codes for a given offer for a given product in a given month and channel. This field includes both the Campaign Code and the description of the code. |
Promotion Choice | Indicates the properties of choice selected from the offer. You can have multiple Choice Codes within one Offer Code, and it controls factors like the price charged, the refund policy, the term length, the premiums (or free gifts) offered, etc. |
Publication Type | Refers to what the publication is generally designed to do. Frontend publications are lower priced (under $100 annually) and designed to be used on the frontend to bring in or acquire the subscriber. Backends are higher priced (over $1,000) and used to monetize customers. |
Remaining Liability | What is still owed to the customer based off of what has already been fulfilled |
Renewal Flag | Indicates whether a renewal notice should be sent to the subscriber. Please see attribute values for more definitions. C Flag is the only auto charge. |

Term Length(#) | The term length of the subscription sold |
Term Number | Subscription lifecycle can have multiple terms within it. This field will designate the individual terms within the subscription. Ex: 1,2,3,etc |
Term Period | Identifies the length of the term EX. Annual, <2 years, Monthly, other, quarterly, semi-annual, 2 year. Here is how we derive that: By dividing the number of issues by the number of issues that item fulfills in a year. So, if there are 12 issues for a sub and that item fulfills 12 in a year that = 1 so, annual. |
