Overview: These are events seen by our Opium marketing system. You can tell what promotions and order forms were visited by the user and when they visited. The most common use case for this data is to create abandons audiences in Lytics.

LQL Advice: You can capture Opium abandons by creating user fields centered around the referer field. The string "pageNumber=2" in that field typically indicates a visit to an order form page. "pageNumber=5" typically indicates a visit to a confirmation page after an order. If you create fields that capture the last time each of those events took place, you can create a Lytics audience where the order form was recently visited, but the confirmation page was not, essentially an order abandon.

OPIUM Data

OPIUM determines order form abandons by tracking the user's action on the order form:

1. User navigates to the OPIUM order form and enters his/her email.
2. OPIUM determines whether the user has made it to the confirmation page.
3. If the user does not make it to the conformation page, OPIUM waits 30 minutes for the user's session to expire.
4. OPIUM then write a row to the OPIUM audit table.
5. OPIUM collects First name, last name, email, and pricing option from the order page.
