IRIS Canceling a Mailing in IRIS

Canceling the mailing will delete the mailing from IRIS and mark the email as complete in Message Central.  Mailings can only be canceled after they have been approved.  


Once you cancel a mailing, your mailing and your dedicated effort will be deleted in IRIS.


How to Cancel a Mailing

 To cancel a mailing from the Mailing Schedule....
  1. Locate the mailing you wish to cancel
  2. Scroll to the Actions column
  3. Click 

    You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.

  4. Click Yes in the popup window
 To cancel a mailing while in edit mode...
  1. While editing a mailing, click
