IRIS Approving a Mailing

Mailing Approval is the final step in the mailings process. Once approved, your mailing content will be prepared to send through Message Central at the time entered on the Schedule tab of Mailings. Follow the instructions below to approve a mailing.
Only users with the mailings approval permission can perform this action.
How to Approve a Mailing
- Locate the mailing on the Mailing Schedule screen
- Scroll to the Actions column
Click

Once the mailing is approved you can promptly cancel the mailing by clicking
in the same column/row.You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license. Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.
While editing a mailing, click
towards the top of the screenYou do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license. Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.
Please note that once your mailing is approved, you cannot edit the mailing's content without selecting
. Selecting this option will allow editing in IRIS but the mailing WILL still send through Message Central. If you want to prevent the mailing from sending you must click the cancel button.
