How to Create a New Mailing

1. Complete the following fields:

   Target	Click You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>. , then click You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>. next to the segment of the list you would like to mail
   Mailing Date*	Click You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>. to select the date you wish the mailing to be sent
   Mailing Name*	Enter a name for the mailing in this field
   Mailing Type*	Click You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>. to select the type of mailing that is going to be sent. This puts the mailing in a category for easier, more granular reporting. The mailing template you'd like to use is dependent on your mailing type.
   Description	Enter a description of the mailing, if you wish

2. Click Save

How to Build a Mailing

1. Complete the following fields:

   Subject Line*		Enter the subject line for the email
   High Importance		Select whether or not you would like the mailing to be marked as a highly important email
   Choose Template		If you are using a template as a base to create your mailing, select the template here.
   Body
   	Build Email	Use this WYSIWYG to create the body of the email
   	Text Backup	Use this code editor create a text version of your email
