ADV User Guides Understanding Customer Lists

Summary / TL:DR: This article is a reference to help you understand customer lists in Advantage.

The Customer Lists area displays internal Agora customer email lists.  These customer lists consist of free e-letters and paid newsletters. Click Milo List in the Marketing Ribbon to navigate to the Customer Lists screen.

Customer lists are created by the support team. To have a new customer list created, please submit a ticket to support.


Customer Lists

List Code

Displays the list code.

List Description

Displays addition information about the list.

Category

Displays the owning organization the list belongs to.

Active

Displays whether or not the list is active.

Web Enabled

Displays if the list is enabled for the web.

Count

Displays the list count. This is a live count.
