This is a review of the Free eLetters screen. Â This is where subscriptions to free e-letters can be maintained. This screen is accessed through the ribbon icon Free E-Letters
Recommended Display

These are the recommended customized columns from this screen. Â There are more columns available.
Customer Number | The customer number associated with the account the free e-letter subscription is associated with. |
List Code Description | Description or name of the free e-letter list. |
List Code | Code associated with the free e-letter list. |
Owning Organization | The affiliate associated with the free e-letter list. |
Email Address | The email address associated with the free e-letter subscription. |
Email Status Description | Status of the free e-letter subscription.

Last Updated By Description | Name of last user to update the subscription. Middleware is the system associated with customer's signing up to a list, if the user is Middleware, this means the customer signed up and/or performed maintenance online. |
Last Updated | Date and time of the last update to the e-letter subscription. |
Recommended Filter
It is recommended that a filter by owning organization is used on this screen as there are many free e-letters that a customer can be subscribed to. The best way to manage this filter is to add it as a filtered search. Once owning organization is added, you can set this to be Equal to a single owning organization or use IN to select multiple owning organizations.

To turn this filter off, change the selection to Any.

There are many methods to search by from this screen. Â

Some of the most common searches
Customer Number | Customers may have accounts with different customer numbers. Â Click the down arrow to bring up the Customer Search screen options. |
List Code | This search is not recommended. Â Some lists can contain up to 500,000+ names. Â Therefore, this is not an ideal method for searching. |
Customer may have their email address associated with different accounts under different name and address information. Â If the customer number search did not have any results, or if you only have the email address, you can enter the email address in to search. Â Â |
List Email Maintenance
From this screen, you can inquire on a selection to view more information. Â Clicking Change List Email will bring up the List Email Maintenance Dialog Box.

List Code | Code associated with the free e-letter list. To the right you can see the list code description. |
Customer Number | The customer number associated with the account the free e-letter subscription is associated with. |
Email Address | The email address associated with the free e-letter subscription. |
Original Source Code | The original code used to sign-up for the list. |
Source Code | Source code associated with the last sign-up to the list. This code will be different from the original if the customer unsubscibed from the list and resubscribed at a later date. |
Email Status | Status of the free e-letter subscription.

Added on | Date and time the subscription started. |
Updated on | Date, time and user of the last update to the free e-letter subscription. |
