ADV User Guides Understanding the Secure Payment Entry Screen

Summary / TL:DR: This article will help you understand the secure payment entry screen.


With Card Vault comes a new look when processing payments. This new look makes credit cards more secure, which is a win for everyone. This will be seen anywhere a credit card payment is taken. This will include but is not limited to normal payments, MOD ARN transactions, updating credit cards on the Book Club Members screen. Details on the new payment screen and it's use in Advantage can be seen below. 


 

Adding a New Credit Card

Card Number

This field is used to enter the number on the credit card.

Expire Month

This field is used to enter the expiring month of the credit card.

Expire Year

This field is used to enter the expiring year of the credit card.

Security Code

This field is used to enter the security code (CVV) found on the credit card.

Save Card

There will be a check box for this after the payment information is entered.

Checked- Will keep the card on file for future purposes.

Unchecked - Will not keep a record of the card being used for the current purchase.

Confirm

Used to validate the data that has been entered and confirm payment or update.
