How to Remove an Email Address for a Subscription
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
Select the subscription you want to update and navigate to Email Address tab at the bottom half of the Customer Activity screen
Select the email address you wish to remove and then click Remove from Sub (also available via the right click menu)
Click OK
If the customer only has one email address associated with their subscription, select Edit Emails on Sub and follow the instructions above for changing an email address for a subscription. If no email addresses are associated with the subscription, the customer will not longer be fulfilled their product via email.
