How to Add an Additional Email Address for a Subscription

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Select the subscription you want to update and navigate to the Email Addresses tab at the bottom half of the Customer Activity Screen

  3. Click Edit Emails on Sub (this is also available via the right click menu)

  4. The Cir Email Maintenance dialog box will appear

  5. Select Available Email Addresses from the left and add to the Email Addresses on the right

  6. If the email address is not available, simply click Add New Email and enter the Email Address and click OK twice
