ADV FAQs Update a Subscription Email Address

Summary / TL:DR: This article will show you how to make changes to an email address at the subscription level in Advantage.


How to Change an Email Address for a Subscription

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Select the subscription you want to update and navigate to the Email Addresses tab at the bottom half of the Customer Activity Screen

  3.  Click Edit Emails on Sub

  4. The Cir Email Maintenance dialog box will appear, complete the following fields:

Add Email

Select Available Email Addresses from the left and add to the Email Addresses on the right.

Remove Email

Remove an old email address by selecting the emil address and clicking remove.

New Email

If the email address is not available, simply click Add New Email and enter the Email Address and click OK.

5. Click OK
