ADV FAQs Update Delivery Method of Subscription

Summary / TL:DR: This article will show you how to change the delivery method of a customers subscription in Advantage.

The RTC modification has been changed to act like a RAT modification. You can now change the rate, delivery code and override the postage amount with this modification.

These instructions require you to have a control group open. For more on control groups, go here.


How to Change the Delivery Code of a Subscription

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Select the subscription you want to update and then select Subscription Modification

  3. The Choose Modification Operation box will appear, enter PRO for Change Delivery/RN Flag etc. and click OK

  4. The Subscription Profile Modification dialog box will appear, click Next

  5. Select the new Delivery Code

  6. Click OK

  7. The Order Recap Display will appear, click Close

The delivery codes available vary subscription by subscription based on the setup.

  • ML = Mail

  • ME = Mail & Email

  • EM = Email

  • WB = Web
