Summary / TL:DR: The purpose of this document is to outline a step by step guide on how to remove a customer from Advantage when a GDPR request comes in.

It is important to note here that there will be two separate parts to this document.

  1. How to remove a customer from Advantage when there is only one affiliate on the account 

  2. How to remove a customer from Advantage when there is more than one affiliate linked to the account

    1. If there is more than one affiliate on the account, we cannot delete any customer information!
