IRIS Associate Abandon Email with Effort

 Use these instructions to associate an abandon email with an effort.

You must have permissions to Change Defaults on Efforts.

You must first setup an Abandon Email to associate to the effort. Go here for instructions on setting up an abandon email.


How to Use an Abandon Email in an Effort

  1. In the selected Effort tab, select your advertisement
  2. Select the Stored Tree or Build the Tree for the selected effort. 
  3. An Abandon Email can be added to the tree after selecting a Page 1 or will be preselected if the Stored Tree has an abandon email already associated. 



  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click
