IRIS Deactivate a Lead Gen Offer

 Use these instructions when deactivating an offer.  This is specifically for lead gen offers.

Paid offers cannot be deactivated, but they can be expired. For instructions on expiring a paid offer, go here.



How to Deactivate a Lead Gen Offer

  1. Navigate to
    Loading
    in IRIS.
  2. Search for the Lead Gen Offer you wish to deactivate - ensure the Creatives view is set to Currently Viewing Lead Gen.
  3. Select Edit 
    Loading
     next to the offer you want to deactivate.
  4. Under Creative Status, click 
    Loading
    .
  5. The Creative status dialog box will appear, change the status to 
    Loading
    .



  6. Select a Date and Time to deactivate the offer.

  7. Select URL or Offer
  8.  If you select URL...

    Enter a Redirect Here web address.

     If you select Offer...


    Type the name of the offer or search using the

    Loading
    button.

  9. Click 

    Loading

  10. Under Creative Status, the Deactivate date, time, and Redirect here link will be shown.

  11. Click 

    Loading



You will not be able to select the version that uses this offer when creating a lead gen effort.  Efforts using this creative will be redirected to the offer redirect link. All creatives using this offer will be deactivated.
