How to change your password
The Password Self Service Portal offers a secure interface for changing your passwords, while making sure that your password meets your organization’s security policies.
Web Browser
Open a Browser such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
Browse to URL https://portal.agora-inc.com
In the page that opens, enter your full Username e.g test@agora.com
Enter the Password of your Windows Domain Account
Click Continue.
A Push Notification will be sent to your Registered Phone
Open the OneLogin Protect App on your Phone
Click Accept
Click Change Password tab.
Enter your existing Domain password in the Old Password field.
Provide a New Password, and re-enter it in the Confirm New Password field.
Make sure your new password meets the complexity requirements.Click Change Password

Follow the on-screen instructions
Click the Change Password tab
