IRIS Removing Efforts from Testing Groups

If you need to remove efforts from any testing groups, there are a few ways you can accomplish this. Marketers might want to remove an effort from a Testing Group due to user-error, adjusting the scope of a test regarding an effort's marketability, or if legal reasons disqualify an effort from going live. If you need to delete an effort from the system completely, refer to steps here.
That when you remove efforts from testing groups by any of these methods, the effort itself remains in in IRIS.
While Editing an Effort
- From an Efforts schedule select the effort you would like to edit the testing group for and click Â
- On the Edit Effort page, scroll down to the Options section, and uncheck the Testing Groups checkbox,Â

 This method can be used by anyone who has permission to edit efforts. The 'Testing Group' permission is not needed.
From Testing Group Details (Single Effort)
- Hover over the  section in the IRIS header, then, click .
- Click  on the subgroup containing the effort you'd like to remove.Â
- Select the Remove option from the menu to the right of the effort.Â
The 'Testing Group' permission is required for this feature.Â
From Testing Group Details (Multiple Efforts)
- Hover over the  section in the IRIS header, then, click .
- Click  on the subgroup(s) containing the efforts you'd like to remove.Â
- Check the boxes next to each effort to be removed. Once an effort is checked, you'll notice the Remove button appears above the testing group table.Â
SelectÂ
You can select and remove efforts from multiple subgroups at the same time.Â
