Recurring efforts will recur for a specified time.  You can set efforts to automatically recur on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis until a specified date. 

How to set up a Recurring Effort

1.  To start, either:
   • Edit an existing effort by clicking

     or 
   • Create a new effort, following the Creating a Paid Effort process until you get to the Effort Options section.
2. On the Edit Effort screen scroll to the bottom of the page and select under the Effort Options section.

3. The Multivariate Recurrence dialog box will appear, complete the following fields: 
   
   
   
   

   Start Date*	Select the start date of the recurrence.
   End Date	Select the end date of the recurrence. Cannot be used at the same time as End After field.
   End After	Enter the amount of times you want this effort to recur. Cannot be used at the same time as the End Date field.
   Recurrence Pattern	Enter the daily, weekly, or monthly recurrence pattern of the effort.  If daily is selected... Select Every and enter the amount of days the recurring mailing should happen, or select Every weekday to have the mailing go out every business day.  If weekly is selected... Enter the number of weeks the mailing should reoccur, and then select the days of the week the mailing should go out on.  If monthly is selected... Enter the day and number of month(s) the mailing should reoccur, or select the specific day and length of time in months the mailing should reoccur.

4. Click .
5. Click

6. A message will appear showing the Effort has been successfully edited. 
   
   
   
   
7. On the Efforts listing page you can see an effort has a recurring mailing when the  icon appears next to the effort.
