Use these instructions to select multiple advertisements from the listing and change the ad on all of them at the same time.

How to Change Ads on Multiple Efforts

1. Filter the Effort listing to show efforts that use a common ad by clicking a value in the Advertisement column

2. Once the Advertisement column has been filtered by ad, clicking  will add check boxes next to all ads that can be selected.

   
   
   
   

3. Select the checkboxes next to the ads you'd like to change, then, click

5. Choose the advertisement that you'd like to use as a replacement for the ads selected prior to clicking , by clicking the

6. If the ad(s) were successfully switched and replaced, you will see the following dialogue box.
   
   
   
   
7. A highlight will appear in the listing on efforts that have had their advertisement changed.
