Many affiliates use one partner per vendor that they work with, so their partners will be associated with a particular external list, however that is not required. Follow the instructions below to assign choices to an effort.

How to Assign Choices to an Effort

1. From the Effort Listing screen select the effort to have choices added to it and click the

   The Partner option will not be visible on the effort unless the effort destination is either Agora or Non-Agora
2. Scroll to the bottom of the edit effort screen and select the Partner Option
   
   
   
   
3. Once the option has been selected the partner field will be displayed. Select the partner from the drop down list. 
   
   
   
   
4.  If the partner does not have Automatic Choice Selection enabled...

   Click on the Choices button and assign them which choices you want them to see sales from.

   The partner will not see sales from any choices that are not selected, and might show lower orders and revenue than is shown in the normal IRIS view.
    If the partner does not have Automatic Choice Selection enabled...

   All choices will be assigned by default. You can click the Choices button to see what choices this user has access to (all choices available on the offer), however you can't deselect any of them.
