Each new user will be defaulted to the Dedicated schedule for the current year and month.  If there is another schedule you would rather view upon launching IRIS, follow the instructions below.

How to Change your Default Efforts Listing

1. Hover over your name at the top of IRIS
2. Select View Profile
3. Click

4. Click 

   You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.

5. Click 

   You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.

    next to the Home Page field to open the dropdown menu
6. Select the schedule you would like to view by default

7. Click

   Now when you go to the IRIS home page, the default schedule you selected will be displayed.
