ADV FAQs Retrieving a Note on Hold

How to Retrieve a Note on Hold

  1. From the Customer Search Screen, navigate to the Advanced tab and click Note Activity to open the NAC screen

  2. Click Held Notes

  3. The Held Notes dialog box will appear, select the note to retrieve

  4. Select Work Note (this option is also available by right-click)
