Summary / TL:DR: This article provides instructions for transferring a note to another folder if the note was originally in the wrong folder.


How to Transfer a Note

  1. From the Customer Search Screen, navigate to the Advanced tab and click Note Activity to open the NAC screen

  2. Click Transfer

  3. The Select Folder dialog box will appear, select a Folder Path

  4. Click OK

  5. The Enter Transfer Reason dialog box will appear, select a Transfer Reason

  6. Click OK

Notes can only be transferred to folders that have been designated as a Transfer Folder. If the folder is not listed, this is because it is not setup as a Transfer Folder.
