Summary / TL:DR: This article provides instructions for canceling a session to a conference in Advantage.
The conference registration is used to add additional registrants up for a conference.
These instructions require you to have a control group open. For more on control groups, go here.
How to Cancel a Session on a Conference OrderÂ
From the Customer Service ribbon navigate to Customer Activity
Enter the customer number of the customer you would like to cancel a session for
Highlight the order that you would like to cancel a session for
Click the Selected Sessions tab
Highlight the sessionÂ
Click Delete Session
A dialog box will appear confirming the deletion of the session
Click Yes
If any refunds or credits must be adjusted, follow the directions for canceling a registration
Repeat steps 3-7 to cancel additional sessions
You have successfully canceled the session(s) for a conference order
