The conference registration is used to add additional registrants up for a conference.

How to Cancel a Registration on a Conference Order
From the Customer Service ribbon navigate to Customer Activity
Enter the customer number of the customer you would like to cancel a conference registration for
Highlight the order that you would like to cancel a registration for
4. In the pop-up window, the cancellation policy information will default based on the dates set by the marketing team
ALWAYS check to see how much the refund will be by looking at the 'Credit Amount' line. If that is incorrect, you can adjust the refund.
5. Repeat the above steps to cancel additional registrations.
6. You have successfully canceled the registration for the conference order.
In some cases, customer service is cancelling to upgrade or switch the service and they do not want the letter to update. In these cases, the agent should use one of the following reasons as they do NOT generate the letter:
C-UPG - To be used for upgrades
XOPS - One off scenarios in which cancel letters are not desired
