Canceling a Registration

The conference registration is used to add additional registrants up for a conference.

How to Cancel a Registration on a Conference OrderÂ
From the Customer Service ribbon navigate to Customer Activity
Enter the customer number of the customer you would like to cancel a conference registration for
Highlight the order that you would like to cancel a registration forÂ
4. In the pop-up window, the cancellation policy information will default based on the dates set by the marketing teamÂ

5. Repeat the above steps to cancel additional registrations.Â
6. You have successfully canceled the registration for the conference order.
