A/B Testing the LOB Integration
To ensure the integration with LOB does not impact customer conversion rate, WMC has provided the ability for you to perform an A/B test of the functionality. WMC will activate the address suggestion feature by evaluating the name of the Order Page Creative. If it is named in a specific manner, then the address suggestion will be turned on. Otherwise it is off.
This means that any order page that has been created in the past will not automatically have this turned on during the A/B testing period.
How to setup the A/B Test
To test this, we ask that you make the LOB integration the only variance.
Setup an Order Page as you would any other Order Page. This is will be your “Control” in the test.
Clone the Order Page and adjust the name of the creative to begin with
__LOB__
. This will be your variable to activate the LOB integration.Note that there is 2 underscores in the front and back of the word. It must start exact with this format.
Create a Journey using your control order page.
Clone the Journey and replace the Order Page with the LOB test page from step 2.
In IRIS, setup creatives and trees that are associated to the Journey in step 3, your control.
In IRIS, setup creatives and trees that are associated to the Journey in step 4, your test.
