My List isn’t showing in WMC
Why?
Lists need to be set up in Advantage and WMC
Stats don’t match ThoughtSpot
Why?
WMC stats are real-time, and ThoughtSpot will have a lag. (how long?)
My login isn’t working
Why?
Validate the user’s AD credentials with IT.
How do I include the McAfee Site Seal?
The site seal is not automatically added to your content. To add, include the below script on your order pages and style as desired. Tip: for easy reusability, create a snippet for the script.

Note: If the script is added but the seal is not showing, check with IT to confirm the domain was added to the McAfee certificate.
Reporting on a Promo code is inaccurate
Why?
Ensure the client hasn’t combined lead gen and paid into one journey. That is not yet supported.
My creative is not appearing when I try to add it to the Journey
Why?
Ensure the creative is “Published”. Only published creatives will be available for selection in the Journey builder.
The copy link function is not working
Why?
Ask the user if they are using an iPad. This is a known bug only on an iPad device.
My custom fields and Tags are not pulling into ThoughtSpot
Why?
This is not yet supported (in the backlog).
The credit card field and the CVV field are styling differently on the order page
Why?
This is because these fields are in a Spreedly iFrame. Would need to use scripting to get around it. (Banyan has done this scripting).
Tell me all the places a particular creative is being used
A creative attribute is being added in the URL to identify these pages (in backlog).
The speedly iFrames won't let me focus into the form fields!
Why?
This could be a result of a few things: Bad CSS file or missing HTML opening/closing tags
Create a bare bones Order Page that only contains the default styles of the form fields and validate that you are able to focus into the form fields. This can help prove that it is an issue with the Creative in question and not the application as a whole
In the creative experiencing the issue, double check that all of your HTML opening/closing tags are in the correct location
If it's still experiencing the error, start removing the CSS styles one at a time until you find the culprit
The spreedly iFrame won't let me update styling

How do I create a "NO" path for my journey?
Why?
This can be done by acomplished with the "Next Link" or the "Add Link" functionality. They both will allow you to create a unique path off the creative that will not perform any purchase/sign up activities. If you want multiple exit opportunities from a page, you can utilize the "Add Link" feature to name each individual path.
For example, when adding the "Add Link" to your creative, it will display as <a href="#LINK.Name#">Link</a>. You can rename this is <a href="#LINK.NO#">Link</a> or <a href="#LINK.Another_NO_Path#">Link</a>. On the Journey Builder, the paths will be called NO and Another_NO_Path where you can define a unique path for each link.
How do I set up a Downsell?
Why?
Downsells are still considered an Upsell since they replace the initial order with a better offer. So you'll setup the DownSell by creating a 'Cross or Upsell' page, pull in your choice, and then marking it as an Upsell.
If you want to better differentiate between upsells and downsells, you can mark your creative with a tag or custom field to indicate as such.
Snippet and Form names cannot be changed once saved
Why?
These entities rely on their names in order to function correctly in the code. Since these are both placeholders if names were changed the subsequent code would have to as well. To avoid this we have taken the ability to rename snippets and forms away at the moment

Why?
How does the Duplicate Order Page trigger?
WMC will check internal logs (aka, not checking with ADV) to determine if the following data points are the same within the last 24 hours for a successful order (pre-auth was successful). If they are all the same, then the duplication will trigger.
