Update Shipping Address for Automatic Delivery

Use these instructions when a customer would like to change the ship-to address for a product on automatic delivery.

How to Update the Shipping Address for Automatic Delivery

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Automatic Delivery

  2. Select the product/product class you want to update and either right-click and choose Change Member Information or in selection bar on the top right choose the pencil which is the same thing.

  3. In the Club Member Maintenance dialog box, locate the Ship-To Customer and Ship-to Address Code

  4. Select the new Ship-To Customer and/or Ship-to Address Code

  5. Click Ok
