Subscription Maintenance
Subscriptions, referred to by Advantage as CIR or Circulation items, are received over a period of time. Subscriptions are identified by a 'pub code' or publication code which is a combination of 3 letters and numbers to identify the item number in the system. All instructions perform maintenance to subscriptions from the Customer Activity screen. For more on the Customer Activity screen, go here.
