How to reset an expired password
Navigate to the OneLogin site: https://agora.onelogin.com
At the login screen select Expired Password
Enter Username and Captcha and click Continue.

Answer Security Questions & Captcha and click Continue.

On your smartphone, open OneLogin Protect App and make note of the code listed under Password Self-Service Portal.Â
Enter the code from OneLogin Protect and click Continue (Yubikey users – insert Yubikey into USB slot and press button.)
Leave Old Password section empty and enter New Password and click Reset Password. Allow several minutes for the new password to be saved.
