Issuer Refund Process

  1. Open the Excel doc attached in the ticket & open an Advantage

  2. Copy the customer number in the open Advantage notes .

  3. Once that customer account is open in notes search for the chargeback note for the order number provided.

     

  4. If no chargeback note is located, create a new CTM note.

     

  5. Update existing note or create a new note if needed.
