How to change your password via Outlook Web App

  1. Navigate to the OWA site (owa.agora-inc.com) and sign in with your username and password

     

  2. Navigate to the top right hand of the page and click on the Settings Icon, within the dropdown select Change Password

     

  3. Enter your current password then continue by entering a new password

Note: Be sure the new password is at least 12 characters long, has a capital letter, and has special character
